It's official. I am now a real, bona-fide pie maker.
I have been wanting coconut cream pie for weeks now and just couldn't bring myself to pay $7 for a store-bought pie. One that I am not even sure Nathan will eat with me. He's not a fan of coconut. $7 is a lot to put on the line with no guarantees that it might be delicious, or even eaten, for that matter.
So, to commemorate this special occasion, I gave my food photography skills some exercise. I hope you enjoy! I am going to!!
